  台灣地區訂單滿 TWD 6,000 享有免運費優惠。
• INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING starts from TWD 750
  國際運送費用起跳為 TWD 750。
• Shipping costs vary based on weight and destination, and are calculated at checkout.
  運費將依照商品重量與寄送地點有所不同，最終費用將於結帳時計算。

Shipping Process｜出貨流程

• All orders are shipped from Taipei, Taiwan
  所有訂單皆從台灣台北出貨。
• Handmade jewelry takes 10–15 working days to produce (excluding delivery time)
  手工飾品製作時間為10～15個工作天（不含運送時間）。
• If delays occur, we will notify you via email.
  若有任何延遲，我們將以電子郵件通知您。

Cancellations｜取消訂單

• Please notify us within 6 hours if you wish to cancel your order.
  若需取消訂單，請於下單後6小時內通知我們。
• Orders placed during a sale event cannot be cancelled.
  特價期間下單的訂單恕無法取消。

International Customs Charges｜國際關稅

• Orders shipped outside Taiwan may be subject to import duties and taxes.
  台灣以外地區的訂單可能需支付進口稅與關稅。
• Ju welry is not responsible for any customs fees.

Lost / Stolen Packages｜遺失／被竊包裹

• Once an order is delivered to the correct shipping address, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
