貼身飾品退貨說明｜Personal Hygiene Items Return Policy
根據《台灣消費者保護法》規定，貼身飾品（如耳環、耳針、穿刺型耳飾）屬於個人衛生用品，因此不適用七日鑑賞期。
基於個人衛生安全原則，一經售出恕不接受退貨或換貨，敬請理解與配合。
According to the Taiwan Consumer Protection Act, personal items such as earrings (including posts and piercing types) are classified as personal hygiene products and therefore not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is sold. Thank you for your understanding.

我們不接受退貨或換貨，除非出現以下情況：
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless under the following conditions:
- 商品在收到時即有瑕疵（僅限明顯斷裂，例如耳針、耳夾斷裂，其餘情況恕不受理）
The item is defective upon arrival (limited to obvious breakage, such as broken earring posts or clips; other conditions will not be accepted). - 我們寄錯商品
We sent the wrong item.

- 商品未經使用
The item is unused - 保留原始包裝
The original packaging is intact - 於購買後 7 日內 寄回
It is returned within 7 days of purchase
退貨成功後可選擇：
Upon a successful return, you may choose:
- 全額退款 | A full refund
- 轉為購物金使用 | Store credit
請注意：退換貨的運費將由買家自行負擔，且不予退還。
