We offer FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING on all orders over TWD.6000

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING will cost TWD.750

Shipping costs will vary based on weight and shipping destination. All shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process.

Shipping Process
All orders are shipped from Taipei Taiwan. Handmade Jewelry will take 10 ~ 15 working day, Doesn't include delivery time , If any delays should occur, we will contact you by email.

Cancellations
Please notify us within 6 hours if you would like to cancel your order. If an order is placed during a sale, we are unable to cancel orders.

International Customs charges
Outside the Taiwan orders are subject to import duties and duties. Ju welry is not responsible for customs fees.

Lost/ Stolen Packages

After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

取消
如果您想取消訂單，請在6小時內通知我們。如果在出售期間發出訂單，我們將無法取消訂單。

國際海關費用
台灣以外的訂單須繳納進口稅和關稅。 Ju welry不負責海關手續費。

丟失/被盜包
訂單交付到正確的送貨地址後，我們不會對丟失或被盜包裹承擔責任。
